Return Policy

Antelope Handmade offers you the option to return your order within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of receipt, based on the courier company’s proof of delivery. We also provide FREE shipping for the first exchange of your order or part of it, as well as for the reshipment, regardless of the order amount and payment method you have chosen, if you received a defective product or if you wish to replace it with another product. The costs of any second exchange for the same order must be covered by the customer.

In the case of an exchange for any other reason, the return costs are covered by the customer and deducted from the refund amount. The same applies to cash on delivery costs.

The FREE exchange covers only shipments within Greece. In all other cases (Cyprus, Europe), the cost of exchange is borne by the customer.

To return your order, first contact us by email at info@antelopehandmade.com, providing your full name and order number, informing us why you wish to return the product and whether you want a replacement or a refund. Then, contact ELTA Courier by phone at 11120 to arrange for the product to be picked up from the address you specify. Alternatively, you can deliver it yourself to any ELTA Courier store.

  • The product or products must be in the condition you received them, not used, worn, soiled, or in any condition other than their original.
  • Returned products can be exchanged for another item, size, or color, or you can receive a refund.
  • In the case of a refund for a defective product, we will return the full payment amount, while in any other case, the return shipping costs and any cash on delivery fees from the original shipment will be deducted from the total amount.
  • Returned products are your responsibility until they reach us. Ensure they are properly packaged and cannot be damaged during transport.
  • For orders of personalized products (engraved items, names, special sizes, etc.), returns or exchanges are not accepted.
  • Returns received outside the terms of our policy will not be accepted.

REFUND

Once we receive your return, the refund process will begin. The method of refund depends on the payment method you chose. Thus, the amount will be refunded by canceling the charge on your credit card, by refunding through Paypal, Iris payments, or by depositing the amount within thirty (30) working days.
