5. Withdrawal and Product Returns
You have the right to return the products you purchased within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive them. Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e., without having been worn, altered, or soiled, both the products and their packaging. Also, all accompanying documents (proof of purchase) must be returned to us and shipped in secure packaging to prevent damage during transport. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during the transport of the products. Furthermore, returns are not accepted if the product was a special order, or if the product has been modified at the customer’s request, and if it has damages caused during unboxing, for which the customer is solely responsible. If the above conditions are not met, our store will not accept the return. In case of product returns, your refund will be completed within thirty (30) days from the date we receive them.
